WHY HOTELS COME TO ME
These are the situations hotels usually come to me with
  • YOU NEED SOMEONE TO BRING NEW GUESTS
Google Ads and Meta can bring guests who have never heard of you. Setting them up for a hotel is a specific job, and running them week to week is another one.

You want that handled by someone who has done it for hotels, not learned on yours.
  • MARKETING HAPPENS, BUT THERE IS NO SYSTEM
Something runs every month. A campaign here, a post there, an offer when the calendar looks empty. Nothing connects to anything else.

You need someone to put it in order: what runs, in what sequence, aimed at what, and measured how.
  • YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS
The campaigns run, the money goes out, and the bookings do not match the effort. Nothing is obviously broken, which is why it has gone on this long.

You want someone from outside to look at it properly and say what should be done differently.
  • YOU DO NOT WANT ANOTHER PERSON ON PAYROLL
Hiring in-house means salary, taxes and finding someone who already knows hotels. For most of this work there is not enough volume to justify it.

You need a contractor for a specific part: one campaign channel, one offer, one thing that needs selling.
WHAT I DO
I work at every stage between a guest looking and a guest paying

Take the whole path or one part of it. Plenty of hotels start with Google Ads alone.
  • GUESTS WHO DO NOT KNOW YOU FIND YOU

Google Ads search campaigns, Google Hotel Ads, Meta prospecting. Non technical SEO and visibility in AI assistants.

Campaigns built around one offer at a time: a programme, a room category, a season.
    1
  • THE ONES WHO LEFT COME BACK

Meta and Google remarketing, audience segmentation, offers aimed at people who already looked and did not book.

Most guests do not book on the first visit. This is the part that brings them back.
    2
  • VISITORS TURN INTO BOOKINGS

Landing pages for specific offers, website structure and page logic, the booking flow, forms and calls to action.

Copy that explains what a guest gets and why one option costs more than another.
    3
  • ENQUIRIES DO NOT GO COLD

Automated follow-up sequences, pre-arrival emails, offers timed to the booking window.

Your team answers the enquiries. The system makes sure nobody is forgotten.
    4
  • PAST GUESTS COME BACK DIRECTLY

Segmented email campaigns built from your guest data, seasonal offers to people who already stayed, retargeting your own list instead of paying for new reach.

The cheapest demand a hotel has, and usually the least used.
    5
  • YOU SEE WHAT EACH PART PRODUCED

Analytics and goal tracking, source separation, call tracking, monthly reporting in plain language.

Set up first, so everything after it can be judged.
    6
How it works
WE AGREE WHAT NEEDS TO SELL
One goal for the season: a programme, a room category, quiet months, a new offer. Not marketing in general.

Everything after this is built around that goal.
I SET UP THE MEASUREMENT
Analytics, goals, source separation. Usually a few days of work, and it comes first, because without it nothing that follows can be judged.
THE WORK RUNS
Campaigns, landing pages, copy, visibility, email. We start with whichever part matters most for the goal and add the rest as it makes sense.
WE REVIEW EVERY MONTH
What each part produced, what moves next month, what stops. You get a report in plain language and a short call if you want one.
What you get
  • ONE PERSON WHO SEES THE WHOLE PATH

Campaigns, pages, content and email built to work together, rather than three contractors each doing their own part well.
    1
  • WORK PLANNED BEFORE THE SEASON

Campaigns go up before the booking window opens, not two weeks after the month turns out quiet.
    2
  • SOMEONE WHO KNOWS HOTELS

Ten+ years on hotel projects and forty of them. No time spent learning how a booking engine works or what a low season looks like.
    3
  • NUMBERS YOU CAN TRUST

Measurement set up properly at the start, and a monthly report that says what each part produced.

Six mistakes I keep finding in hotel marketing

I have been working with hotels since 2015, and there is a pattern I did not expect when I started.

MARKETING FOR BOUTIQUE
AND WELLNESS HOTELS
I have worked in digital marketing since 2002. Paid media, search, website conversion and commercial strategy.

I have worked with hotels since 2015. Today they are my main focus: independent boutique and wellness properties, retreats, countryside hotels and small luxury stays. Places with an idea behind them.

Before hotels I spent years with medical clinics in several countries. That is where I learned how people buy something expensive that they think about for weeks. A wellness or medical programme is chosen the same way.

My work starts with what a hotel already has: its data, its reviews, its existing demand. Then I build campaigns, pages and content around one commercial goal at a time, and measure that goal on its own.

I take on a small number of projects, so each one gets proper attention.
